It’s been 8 years since we kicked this party off. And, it’s only appropriate that we start this year as we did the first, with a siege film. That’s right, we’re talking White House… Sorry. We’re looking at Olympus Has Fallen!

Help! Olympus Has Fallen
In 2012, we were just a bunch of silly fools in an office space at a university in central Oklahoma. Today, not much has changed other than our recording space and equipment. And we’re still all about the trash. So, this week, we’re taking a look at Olympus Has Fallen, the action-thriller from Antoine Fuqua.
After a terrorist siege on the White House, a disgraced ex-secret serviceman gets his shot at redemption by taking on everyone responsible.
It’s kinda like Die Hard at 1600 Penn Ave.
This week, we’re getting into geopolitics and ideology. We also discuss nationalism, and the film’s shortcomings.
Join us now! And thanks for 8 years of fun! Here’s to at least one more episode!
