The AntiTrash has passed, but the frontier needs to be settled. So, we’re continuing west with a stop off in Arizona. We’re dropping by the OK Corral to see Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday and the rest of the gang. Finally, after all these years, we’re talking Tombstone.
Welcome to Tombstone
We saddle up and trek deep into Tombstone to find out what’s under the surface. Behind the saloons and gambling, we discover a pocket of cinematic silver ready to be mined.
Violence, vengeance, bromances and more lead our talking points this week. Dustin also brings up historical inaccuracies and how the Earps have been miscast by certain groups to forward political ideologies.
But, before any of that, we must play a game. This week, we talk about Actors We Want to See in Westerns—it’s a rundown of our favorite actors who we think would manage well in the genre.
The sun is getting low in the sky, so we’re going to skin our smoke wagon and see what happens.
Say, “when.”
